My name is Mandie Kramer (aka Amanda). Thanks so much for visiting my portfolio page. Please feel free to browse the variety of projects I've worked on. You'll find I have been a multi-passionate entrepreneur and life-long learner. A spark lights within me when I get the opportunity to solve difficult problems and create the solutions to match!
Here is a little background about me. I'm born and raised in Michigan, though I'm an adventurer at heart. From backpacking and exploring nature to living in the heart of an adorable European city, I have, and always will, love to travel!

I am a momma of a busy toddler and left the classroom teaching life to pursue my passion to help support entrepreneurs and small businesses!

Social Impact in Education
Since being introduced to the UN Global Goals in 2016, I was rather addicted to ensuring that this global movement was introduced to as many people as possible. ​

It started in my classroom with project-based learning for social impact, then it turned into creating an award-winning board game, then came professional development workshops, and finally a membership!

In today's world, we can't afford to not care about the planet and other humans on it. I think a large part we can do as online course creators and educators is ensure that social impact movements like the Global Goals get integrated into our curriculum. Starting as early as the audit and research stage of online course development, I have supported small businesses and startups rapidly meet demands by supplying done-for-you services to save time and $$. My natural ability to strategize and problem-solve, along with a diverse instructional design skillset, allows for projects of all shapes to take form.
RAPID PROTOTYPING & GAMIFICATION
Embracing the design thinking model, I've dove head-first into the world of educational board game production. This experience has led to first-hand knowledge on how to rapidly prototype and test ideas and how to turn everyday content into a fun and memorable learning experience.
LEARNING DESIGN AND USER ONBOARDING AUDITS
My most popular service to date involves helping online course and program creators get unstuck. Sometimes there are some things that are broken and need to be fixed with your program. So when you want to make sure everything about your learning journey works, these audits provide invaluable insight and the detailed feedback you've been looking for.
VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON
WORKSHOP/TRAINING DEVELOPMENT + FACILITATION
The teacher deep within my soul is easily sparked when given the opportunity to create and facilitate professional development trainings. I have created and ran multiple successful workshops both in-person and virtual. I also single-handedly coordinated a virtual summit for social impact with over 25 inspirational guest speakers from around the world and hundreds of attendees!
DIGITAL RESOURCE CREATION
I've created hundreds of visual assets for both my own endeavors and for clients. I'm a maker and creative at heart and enjoy creating videos, presentations, webinars, infographics, activity sheets, workbooks, and social media images for my clients. I create social impact science e-learning and printable resources as well.
Website Designer & WIX Expert
Over the past 6 years I've used WIX to create multiple websites, including a membership site that houses online courses, a podcasting and blog site, and a web-based storefront where customers could buy both digital and physical products (in person or virtually!).
